Industrial OvensScanair Industrial Oven has standard double wall fabrication. Inner & outer chamber made out of thick mild steel sheet. Inner chamber backed silver paint finish and exterior finished in hammer tone. Heavy duty forced air blowers are provided to constantly circulated hot dry air to achieve uniform temp in the whole chamber. Double wall door is mounted on heavy hinges and provided with heavy molded latch.

Scanair heat pump drying temperature is controlled by a digital PLC controlled thermostat and it can be read on dial type thermometer. Temperature range: 20°C to 80°C ± 2°C to 5°C and equipment will work on 220V, AC 50 Hz, Single Phase or 440V, Three Phase 50Hz AC supply.

Safe Storage Methods

Scanair Industrial ovens used in “Drying” is the first phase of the post-harvest system during which the product is rapidly dried until it reaches the “safe-moisture” level second level is storage. There are basically two methods of storage: in bags at warehouse and in bulk in silos. Bags can be stored in the controlled atmosphere air warehouses or bulk grain is stored in bins or silos of various capacities. Those bins & silos are should be connected with Scanair heat pump dehumidifiers continuous dryer is a metal, usually steel or aluminum, rectangular apparatus with a conveyor running through it. Although, there are vertical continuous dryers available that look similar to silos. These “silo” dryers are equipped with conveyors as well. In both cases, the wet products will enter through one end on a perforated belt and are carried through various individually controlled drying areas within the machine. Dried air will flow over the wet products until dried and discharged throughout the other end. Each of these areas will have their our ventilation blowers and heat exchanger.

With rectangular machines this is normally a straight shoot but for vertical vessels it’s a little different. The product falls on a hole onto a level or tray, and follows a circular path until coming a little bit short of full circle. It will then fall into the next chamber and repeat the process until dried. Typical products dried using continuous dryers include grain cereal, paper, ceramics, screen-printed graphics and treated wood. They can remove moisture from gels, granules, pastes, slurries, solids, pastes and large items.

Scanair Industrial Oven is used in drying chemical products, for drying printing and dyeing products, ceramics, glass, chemical fiber, cotton yarn, wood, leather, bamboo products, insulation materials, building materials and corrugated cardboard.
